SERIES 981 time/temperature profile controllers are among
the easiest to use. They are designed with the most typical
programming needs in mind. Time/Temperature profile
operation includes 4 files with 6 steps in each file.
Programming options include ramp-rate or time based
profiles, guaranteed soak deviation, program looping and
program status after power outage. The files can be used to
setup separate recipes or linked together to create a single
24-step program
